Job Responsibilities
- Report to the top management and directors.
- Responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of the assigned project.
- Ensure that projects are to be completed duly, within budget and of high quality.
- Responsible for the submission of progress report/project timelines to client.
- Coordinate with client, Consultants & Subcontractors, supplies and relevant authorities.
- Control/ monitoring work progress and plan project schedule.
- Other duties assigned by management from time to time.
- Possess Bachelor Degree in Civil/Structure Engineering recognize by PE Board or Architecture recognized by Board of Architects.
- Strong leadership qualities, decisiveness and reliable.
- Min 5 years experiences in building construction.
- Good communication skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork.
